Mezzanine Floors

Mezzanine floors are a highly cost effective way of maximising the use of available space in a building, particularly high ceiling industrial units.

They can be used to solve many problems; such as creating a raised area for additional production or storage facilities or even supporting new offices. They can be single, double, or triple tier.

We work direct with the manufacturer using a fully integrated and computerised mezzanine floor production system to design and create mezzanine floors for customers.

It combines all the key elements in the production process from management information, production schedules, detailed CAD drawings and materials procurement to manufacturing drawings and installation scheduling into one fully integrated system.

The result is higher quality, higher specification mezzanine floors installed on schedule and on budget. We also install escape and access staircases, electrical works and lighting, and fire protection to the floor and stairs.

Games Workshop

Games Workshop

When Games Workshop made the decision to merge two of its distribution stores it required a full refit of the entire building, but did not want production to be halted. Butler & Willow achieved this objective through meticulous planning, regular communication with the client and the installation of a mezzanine floor to maximise space.
