Interiors and storage specialist, Butler & Willow, has completed a £65,000 head office refurbishment for Nottingham wholesale frozen foods distributor, Hopwells.
Butler & Willow, based in Long Eaton, designed and built a new reception and seating area to create a clean, modern, efficient and inviting space for visitors and staff.
The centrepiece of the area included an impressive bespoke reception desk made from a mixture of oak, stainless steel and glass. These elements were also used elsewhere in modern ceiling, floor and wall finishes.
Butler & Willow also carried out some work to the exterior of the building and refurbished the existing offices by redecorating and installing new floor coverings.
Jonathan Butler, director of Butler & Willow, said "The general works were carried out first and then efforts were concentrated on completing the reception area as quickly as possible. Some work was undertaken at weekends but during normal working hours Hopwells staff were diverted away from the work area to avoid any health and safety issues.
"It was a pleasure to work with Hopwells to create this brand new environment, every time I visit, I feel proud of what we have done."
Phil Holman at Hopwells, said "Butler & Willow were selected for the Nottingham refurbishment project having provided exemplary service to us over many years with installation and repairs of racking in our cold-stores around the country.
We have forged a good working relationship with Butler and Willow and continue to be impressed by their reliable, conscientious approach throughout the design, planning and work phases. The Nottingham project was completed to a high standard, on time and to budget."
