Office and Commercial Fit Out

Environment is directly related to workforce productivity and Butler & Willow has been creating unique and effective workspaces over the last two decades. We deal with refurbishments of older properties as well as more modern buildings, to bring them to the required specification.

We then investigate ways in which to maximise the available space within the building and optimise the environment for the benefit of both the business and employees. This requires detailed attention to space planning and office design, and consideration given to the different style and type of partitioning systems that are available to successfully reflect the company image.

Handelsbanken Leicester

Handelsbanken were creating a new Leicester office in a derelict old sixties building located in a pedestrianised area of the city centre. It wanted a modern installation which would reflect its innovative approach to banking. Butler & Willow helped it to achieve this objective.

Hopwells

Butler & Willow have worked with Hopwells since 1993, designing, installing and maintaining cold store pallet racking systems. To date Nottingham head office, Sheffield, Brownhills and Kimbolton branches have been completed.

Harvey Luke

When the third Harvey Luke salon premises were purchased the building was an empty shell. Owner Natalie Rankin wanted to create a fresh, modern salon environment that reflected the ethos of the business and kept in line with the existing Harvey Luke salons. Butler & Willow helped Natalie to achieve her objective by designing, planning, and then fitting out the salon, overseeing the project from start to finish.

Ducker Systems

P. Ducker Systems Ltd required more storage space in its offices and wanted to create individual meeting rooms without purchasing additional office space. Butler & Willow provided a solution.
