Scope

BTE Plant Sales needed to get a better understanding of its premises in Leicestershire so it could take stock of what space was available, how it was currently being utilised and what workspace the firm needed ongoing. At the time, some of its buildings were being sub-let and were of varying stages of disrepair internally and externally.

Our solution

Butler & Willow provided a full site survey and recommendations of how to make the most of the space which then enabled BTE to decide what it wanted. Butler & Willow created 2D Plans and 3D Visuals to show BTE how its needs for the site could be accommodated. This recommendation was to take back the sub-let areas and fully refurbish to create a larger, contemporary working environment.

Our site in Leicestershire is quite complex and we didn’t have a clear understanding of how to best utilise the buildings and space we had available for our business. We were introduced to Butler & Willow when we visited a mutual contact’s offices who had recently had their offices refurbished by Butler & Willow and we really haven’t looked back. The team’s enthusiasm for the project, understanding of our needs and subsequent ideas on how to get the best from our space was just what we needed and we now have a fantastic work environment.
