The brief

As one of the leading UK motor dealerships, Motorpoint wanted to create a new office that would achieve a number of key factors. They were merging several sites and wanted to use the opportunity to create a forward-thinking office that future-proofed the business, encouraged collaboration between teams and helped attract and retain talent.

With people at the forefront of their business, our brief was to create a design-led, vibrant office that would enhance their brand colours, live their company values and drive a strong team culture with a space that flowed both aesthetically and practically.

The build

With a detailed build programme agreed and all regulatory standards in place, the build phase took 10 weeks to complete. Our internal project management standards ensured a smooth process and that the project was completed on time and within budget, 100% snag free.

We built an office that wowed the customer and incorporated the creation of different spaces, agile working, open plan hot desks and breakout areas.
