We can manage your entire office refurbishment project, whether it be a small upgrade of an existing facility or a major investment in new accommodation for the business.   We will also handle refurbishments of older properties as well as more modern buildings, to bring them to the required specification.

We carry out feasibility studies, create interior design solutions and handle space planning. Working closely with our customers, we also create full conceptual drawings and provide an effective solution which is both aesthetic and practical as well as perfectly suited to the nature of the business.

In addition we can create designs and specifications for electrical, heating and ventilation and plumbing requirements.

Furthermore if you require Building Regulation approval, we will apply for this on your behalf and work within Contract Design Management (CDM) where necessary.

We will also project manage the refurbishment project, overseeing and coordinating the teams of specialists who we will appoint to handle the various elements of the scheme to ensure that the project comes in on time and to budget.   This leaves you free to concentrate on the running of the business with minimum disruption to its operation.
